Item 9 - Orthodontic Services from HD Orthodontics

Available to chosen winner or a child/immediate family member of the chosen winner. Orthodontic treatment can be valued up to $6,600 depending on treatment type, length of treatment and the type of appliances used. Can be used at our Northfield office location, located at 147 E. Aurora Rd, Northfield, OH 44067, provided by Dr. Rany Bous. Patient can choose to be treated with traditional metal braces or clear aligners (per provider approval).  Patient must obtain clearance from their general dentist prior to starting orthodontic treatment starting that they are in good oral health with no pending restorative work or cleanings needed.  Any other dental procedures needed during orthodontic treatment, including procedures in conjunction with the orthodontic treatment are not included and will be paid separately by the patient. We will be happy to give free consultations to anyone interested in orthodontic treatment to verify they are eligible to receive treatment and answer any questions.
