WHY FOSTER?
You can make a HUGE difference in the life of a dog in need by fostering. Doberman Underground provides the dog, you provide the love.

All of our dogs are placed with foster homes until we are able to find them their forever home. Fostering allows us to learn about the dog and enables us to better match and place the dog in a loving forever home. During the time the dog is with you, together we help advertise them at events, on our website, and through social media in order to find a loving forever home.

Fostering a dog can be a very rewarding experience. Fostering a dog is the first and most important step in giving them chance for a better life. Most of these pets have been homeless and may have suffered from abuse and neglect. And in most cases the first time the dog has ever felt love and kindness.

Since we cannot anticipate when your foster dog will find it’s forever home we ask that the foster commits to caring for their foster dog until they find their forever home.

Fostering is not without challenges, but Doberman Underground will be there to help guide and support you through any issues you may encounter.  We are available to our fosters 24 hours a day!

 If you have been considering adopting a dog, but are not ready to make that commitment, then fostering is the perfect option for you.
